Product Inspection |
|
Incoming Material Inspection: All materials for our products are mainly supplied by first class international and domestic vendors. Relative chemical composition and mechanical properties of steel is professionally tested by Shanghai Research Institute of Materials. Each batch of raw materials is recorded by the Company to ensure its traceability. |

Online Inspection: Professional inspectors, especially in the welding process holding SLV Qualification Certificates or International Welding Engineer Certificates are assigned to inspect and control the entire manufacturing process. "Process control assuring quality result" is achieved in this regard. |

Third Party Inspection: Marine grabs are inspected by various classification societies to ensure the compliances of design and quality requirement. Our electro-hydraulic grabs are also accredited with CE certifications thus ensuring high quality products are delivered to customers. |

Delivery Inspection:Every product will be final tested and photographed about its performance, dimensions, painting thickness, adhesion force, color aberration etc. and recorded in the Company before delivery ex workshop. |

Laboratories |

The Company has its own laboratory of advanced level in the same industry. Material properties, heat treatment performance, weld seam quality, hydraulic pressure and sealing effect etc. can be tested thus efficiency efficiently guaranteeing every product to achieve superior quality.

Welding Office |
|
The welding Office is particularly established for welding design, research and development of new products, welding quality control, training of welders and relevant personnel as well as to keep compliances of certification audit for the three welding standards (EN1090-2, EN15085-2 and ISO3834-2). It is a professional welding team consisting of international welding engineers, international welding technicians and welders.
